1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your access to and use of iGaming Awards Wiki at allgamingawards.com. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

iGaming Awards Wiki is an independent, editorial reference directory that catalogues award ceremonies in the online gambling and betting industry. It records organisers, geographic scope, selection formats where publicly documented, and links to official award websites.

3. We are not a gambling operator

The site does not operate, promote the placement of bets, or provide any casino, betting, or gaming service. We cannot open accounts, hold funds, take deposits, or accept wagers. Nothing here is an offer to gamble.

4. No paid placement

Listings are compiled on editorial criteria alone. We do not accept payment for inclusion, position, or wording of directory entries, and inclusion of an award does not imply our endorsement of it.

5. Accuracy of information

We compile entries from official award websites, organiser announcements, and industry press, and we take care to keep them correct. Even so, details such as venues, adjudicators, dates, and voting formats change from edition to edition. Information is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

6. Corrections

If you believe an entry is inaccurate or out of date, please tell us through the contacts page. Reports that include a source link are verified and processed first.

7. Third-party links

The directory links to independent, third-party official award websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or their own terms and privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

Award names, ceremony names, logos, and related marks referenced in the directory are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. Our own editorial text, structure, and layout remain our property; you may cite and link to it with attribution, but you may not republish it wholesale without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the directory or any third-party site linked from it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by generally applicable principles of law in the jurisdiction in which the site is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
